This shed has seen better days. These were taken during yesterday’s sunshine. It’s not much to look at otherwise, but make a full circuit around the thing and you’ve got some nice, crumbling details — nothing like chipped paint and old, rusty hardware.
There’s some day lilies and other plants growing along one wall of the shed.
What does the garden look like in black and white?
BONUS: Sad shed, color edition!!!

Awesome shots…I love these old, run-down buildings.
I know you do, and I really enjoy your photos of the same! Thank you!
Great detail shots.
Thank you!
As ever I like the choice of shots but on this occasion I feel most of them would have benefitted from the use of colour.
I like just being able to focus on the textures here. I think some of these would have looked good in color — why I wanted to share the last one, because I thought it looked quite nice — but I thought they were a little underwhelming for the most part. I like to hear your perspective, though! Thanks.
Great series. Love the texture and lines. Black and White always presents well with this subject matter.
Thank you, Dan!
Very nice. I like the choice of black and white. Lots of interesting textures and patterns, and nice compositions.
Thanks so much, Neil!
