It's been a dilly of a pickle trying to identify this fern. I think it may be an ostrich fern. Ferns don't produce flowers -- instead they bear their spores directly on their leaves. The ostrich fern is a type of fern that has separate fertile and sterile fronds. The above is the fertile, spore-bearing frond. It will release its spores this spring.
